You always know great friends when they stop what they are doing, take time out of their busy lives and try to help you get some order into yours. These people did just that after I found out I was going to be published and I appreciate every minute they have spent helping me…
And for that I must start with my wife, Karen, the other wives will have to wait their turn, and my children, Jasmine and Declan. Yes, the other children will have to wait their turn too. Seriously though, they see me at my worst, with sleep, without sleep, I tell you at the moment there is little difference. Upset, happy, ecstatic, depressed, confused and finally broke after this little venture. They have stood by me through the good, the bad and the ugly (yeh I know that is a pun at me.) And through it all we have remained a family and I hope we remain so. A saying I have picked up off my sons little shows. “DCDaines and The Star Crystal, here for all, here today, here to stay.”
Well, Ron Kemp, he introduced me to the Acashic crew, without his initial push, this may never have happened…
Michael Davis. What can I say, first one to buy the book, read it and post a review. He has been giving me feedback and comments on anything from my own writing, blurbs pictures to what I am entering into competitions. He has spent many a night typing away for my benefit while we nut out things that just do not seem right. This is one man that I would like to shake his hand, someday. Maybe on my world book tour.
Thanks to M.Dodd who has been a great friend and has also taken the time to take some of the photo’s that I will be cycling through my personal and Fan pages, and even some pics that will feature in wallpapers at a later date
Keith Pennell for the art that is, what I like to call the manga version of The Star Crystal. I am hoping to showcase many more works by him in the future and if we ever get enough time to collaborate we may just get a draft done for the manga.
Les Walker. Well the theme song on the website came from Les, and he has been helping me work on the voiced prologue, though at the moment that is a project for another time. He has also lent his songs to another book in The Star Crystal World… “My world, not theirs!” where Les and I go way back!
Les’s current project is Plum Jam, links below.

Derek J Boyle. This man is one of the few real gentlemen I have ever met. Here is to getting the prologue voiced, the short video right and working our way towards the big screen…
Han Leng Lee, or Jesse as I like to call him. Where I failed, he managed to get a non-blurred profile pic for me for this web site and goodreads. And Jesse, yes, I agree with your comment… “Do not smile” LOL
Dharmesh Patel. This man has always had my back through three years of me buying computer games from him. I was always going to his store and telling him I was going to get my book published. He was always interested and his replies memorable, and to follow it up his support and ideas now I am published are definitely a fantastic help… Plus we are going to have an official book launch hopefully some time soon at Game City a gaming arcade. Please support him at “Game City” in Perth if you can, his link and logo are here for your ease.

Neville Walliss. We have definitely gone through some massive changes in our lives over the time we have worked together and Neville, or Nifty Nev as we like to call him has had my back. We have spent hours evolving ideas, characters and I even added a section into the second novel in respect for his help. Here is to Nifty Nefal, the quiet achiever…
Rimits team, Param, especially Bhavesh who has spent endless hours bouncing ideas back and forth and adding things into my site I did not even think possible. I hope the friendships formed will carry on after the website is up and we are back on our separate paths again.
Colin Turner, Well the Author that gave me enough to think about subconsciously that the voices resurfaced… Should I be thanking you for that, hell yeh!
